1. Easy visual confirmation
2. Free-range eggs used throughout
3. Good vegetarian options
4. Organic products
5. Healthy options
6. Low food miles, local food
7. Seasonal menu
8. Fairtrade beverages/sugar/chocolate
9. They don’t use disposable napkins/tablecloths
10. Do they compost their waste?
11. Do they recycle their glass/plastic/cardboard?
12. WIFI available
13. Do they give away free organic compounds, coffee grinds etc
14. Non-paper/plastic wrapped butter/jam/milk/sugar/salt/sauces etc
15. No plastic bags offered
16. Fabric, paper bags or boxes available for take-away
17. Low energy light bulbs used
18. Other ethical policies in place
19. Customer environmental awareness promoted leaflets/posters etc
20. Staff awareness and pride
